If you live in Clinton Hill and feel like you’ve spent most of your life being the responsible one — the planner, the fixer, the one others rely on — therapy can be a place where you finally get to put some of that weight down.

Many eldest daughters I work with live in Clinton Hill and appreciate the flexibility that virtual, evidence- based, trauma-focused therapy offers without having to compromise on depth or quality. They’re ready for care that goes beyond surface-level coping skills and helps them get to the root of long-standing patterns — without making time, travel, or logistics another barrier to starting.

This work is designed for high-achieving women who are tired of over-functioning and ready to build healthier, more sustainable relationships with themselves and others.
