If you live in Prospect Heights and are used to being reliable and self-sufficient, you may also struggle with feeling constantly “on.” Eldest daughters often carry an unspoken pressure to manage emotions, outcomes, and expectations — even at their own expense. Trauma-focused therapy offers a way to explore these dynamics thoughtfully and at your own pace.
Clients in Prospect Heights often prefer virtual care because it allows them to commit to therapy consistently without disrupting work or personal routines. They’re seeking evidence-based support that goes beyond symptom relief and supports real, lasting change.
