Crown Heights is home to many women who are deeply capable and often relied upon — especially eldest daughters who learned early how to be strong. Over time, that strength can turn into emotional fatigue, hyper-independence, or difficulty receiving support. Trauma-focused therapy helps create space to examine these patterns without judgment.
Many clients in Crown Heights choose virtual therapy because it offers access to high-quality, trauma-informed care without requiring additional time or travel. This flexibility makes it easier to begin — and stay engaged in — the work of building healthier, more balanced relationships.
